No jacket required

Democratic Party lawmakers fling their jackets away to start their 'Summer Casual Wear Charter', an energy-saving campaign. From now on Andrew Cheng Kar-foo (left), Albert Ho Chun-yan, Cheung Man-kwong, Yeung Sum, Sin Chung-kai and Fred Li Wah-ming will go without jackets and ties. They have called on other Legco members, NGOs and the public to follow suit and set their air conditioning a few notches higher.
