Sa Sa International is expanding its product range and needs a director to monitor the overall operations and performance of new and existing brands, the inventory and product mix.

In addition, the incumbent will analyse business trends and consumer insights to meet sales and market share targets.

A cosmetics store offering a selection of international and domestic brands, Sa Sa's products cover a broad price range and are targeted at a diversified customer base.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of brand development and management experience gained in the fast moving consumer goods or beauty industries. Solid experience in sourcing and merchandising beauty, cosmetics, personal care and toiletries products is required, with at least five years at management level.
