A DISC jockey spiked a young woman's beer, then raped her in front of four friends after she spurned his advances, the High Court heard yesterday. Chu To-chung, 24, has denied raping the woman on December 12 last year in Tuen Mun and is on trial before Deputy Judge Yeung and a jury. Prosecutor Anthony Mitchell-Heggs said the woman's last memory of the incident was drinking with Chu on the beach. When police first approached Chu he admitted having sex with the woman, but said she consented. Chu told police he had put sleeping pills in her drink and then got four friends to help him carry her to a car. He had driven to a garage where there was shelter and a bed. Counsel said a story came out of a rape involving five men, according to Chu, who said the woman had been stripped. According to what Chu told police, at least one other man raped the woman while three indecently assaulted her. The hearing continues.
