Follow this advice for better health, gleaned from online health forums:

Have routine medical screenings - such as cholesterol checks every five years - from the age of 30. If you smoke, have diabetes and/or a family history of heart disease, start them at 20.

Check blood pressure regularly.

Have your skin analysed (when was the last time you applied sunscreen?).

From the age of 50, have colorectal tests and consider an annual flu shot.

If you feel depressed for more than a two-week period, talk to someone or check one of the many online male-health forums.
