DESIGN AND LAYOUT
The design throughout is simple, tasteful and elegant, and blends modern and traditional elements to create a peaceful and relaxing environment. All units are bright and airy and offer panoramic views of the harbour or hillside. There are five blocks of 26 to 34 storeys, with two units per floor and a low-rise eight-storey block with three units per floor. All apartments are well laid out with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms and master bedrooms. Gross floor areas range from 986 sqft for one-bedroom apartments to 5,984 sqft for duplex apartments.
DEVELOPMENT
Bamboo Grove is a prime residential development in Mid-Levels. This leafy neighbourhood has always been popular with expatriates. The project was developed by Hysan Development and has recently been renovated. There are 345 apartments in six towers and the units vary in size from one to four bedrooms and can be leased furnished.
