Twenty minibuses and taxis held a slow-drive from Shamshuipo to Government House and the Murray Building in Central to petition the chief executive and the secretary for environment, transport and works. The group called for tougher regulations on goods vans, which they say are transporting passengers, and they want their airport operations limited.
