Australian Jennifer Hawkins, 'the most beautiful Miss Universe' in US property tycoon Donald Trump's eyes, is in town for the most unexpected task - acting as spokeswoman for a residential project, Grand Waterfront.
She has been busy attending ceremonies and parading in Central with top executives. According to the developer, the 2004 Miss Universe was hired to highlight the 'world-class' status of the project.
CitySeen spoke to 22-year-old Hawkins for a few minutes and she liked to be Miss Friendly, making only the most positive remarks. 'It's not my first time in Hong Kong and I enjoy it very much,' adding that the city is a shopping paradise on a par with New York.
Asked about her aspirations, she said: 'I'm going to continue to do what I'm doing now. I'm pretty busy every day so I don't have time to think about it.' She has said that she would like to be a TV presenter. Hawkins, who made a few guest appearances on Trump's reality TV show The Apprentice, says: 'Trump is a great guy. I did learn a lot from him.'
