An international construction group is on the lookout for an experienced manager to work on the expansion of Macau's Cotai Strip.
Hsin Chong Construction Group is working on the development of substantial elements of the newest gaming hot spot in Macau, as well as on other major projects in Hong Kong and the mainland.
The construction manager will be responsible for co-ordinating with and monitoring the performance of trade contractors, as well as for certain logistical issues. Excellent teamwork skills are essential.
The incumbent must also have the ability to work with people at all levels.
Clear and precise communication will be a forte of the successful candidate as this skill is necessary for streamline co-ordination.
He or she will need to assist colleagues to arrange, supervise and monitor the delivery of materials, access control and common facilities for trade contractors who will all be working on the site at the same time.
