Hong Kong-based Executive Centre has expanded its portfolio in Shanghai, the financial hub of the mainland.
The company said it has added a presence in the Xintiandi area, developed by Shui On Land.
The boutique service office project will create a very special niche in the commercial office market in Shanghai, said group manager Kevin Crowe.

'There is simply no other office quite like this in the market,' said Mr Crowe.
Established in 1994, the Executive Centre has 20 locations in 10 major cities from Asia to Europe. These locations include Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Sydney and Sofia.
