ONFEM Holdings, formerly known as Laws Property Holdings, has reported interim profit growth of 111.5 per cent to $33.1 million for the period ended September 30. However, turnover decreased from $389 million to $81 million. Included in the operating profits is the profit derived from the disposal of subsidiary companies, of $7.1 million. Earning per share increased by 112 per cent from 5.7 cents to 12.1 cents. No interim dividend will be paid. The company expects substantial growth in rental income by the end of 1994 coming from the newly acquired Pacific Centre, renamed Onfem Centre.
