'The only thing we have to fear is fear itself,' said Franklin D. Roosevelt at his inauguration. But the 32nd president of the United States also struggled as a wheelchair-bound victim of polio. HBO Asia, the Hong Kong Society of Rehabilitation and the Polytechnic University are hosting a special charity screening of the film Warm Springs - which documents an earlier period of Roosevelt's life - this Saturday at 8pm in the school's Jockey Club Auditorium in Hung Hom. Funds will go towards a residential facility for the elderly and a day rehabilitation centre for brain and neurological injuries. CitySeen has five pairs of tickets to give away for the screening. Just be among the first five people to send an e-mail message to Cityseen@scmp.com today at noon. Put the words 'Warm Springs' in the subject area and your e-mail address in the content area. Or simply buy a ticket to support the cause. For more information, phone 2817 6277 or log onto www.rehabsociety.org.hk .
