Harvey Nichols' Fourth Floor Restaurant & Bar will have a chocolate and wine pairing tomorrow featuring products from Cornerstone Wines and Hong Kong-based Monde Chocolatier. Alison Harvey from Katnook Estate in Coonawarra will host a wine dinner today at Belvedere Restaurant & Wine Bar at the InterContinental Grand Stanford in Tsim Sha Tsui. The dinner includes lamb carpaccio with crisp lotus root, baby fennel salad and shaved summer truffle, served with the Katnook Estate Merlot 2002, juniper berry-crusted Cervena venison with oven-dried pear-potato casserole and chocolate sauce with the Cabernet Sauvignon 2003, and roast- wood pigeon with caramelised parsnip and chocolate tart, served with the Shiraz 2003.
