At least get my name right

I AM writing to complain about the Hong Kong Examinations Authority consistently getting my name wrong on important documents. From Form five on, the examinations officer has wrongly typed my name. This continued in Form six. I am now in Form seven.

I sent a letter to the department and the reply guaranteed that it would never happen again. I am not saying that this is exactly the fault of the officer, maybe it is because of the computer.
