Judgment reserved on appeal by Long Hair Court of Appeal judge Peter Nguyen Van-tu yesterday reserved judgment in an appeal by legislator 'Long Hair' Leung Kwok-hung and four others against their convictions and sentences after three days of hearing their application. Leung, Tsang Kin-shing, Andrew To Kwan-hang, Chan Kwok-leung and Li Tak-wah were convicted of one charge of obstructing a public place and one of carrying out an act likely to cause obstruction. Mother and daughter burned after fan ignites A 13-year-old girl and her mother suffered burns to up to 40 per cent of their bodies after an electric fan burst into flames and set their Tseung Kwan O flat on fire early yesterday. Passenger left trapped A truck driver left his male passenger trapped when their truck crashed into a wall under a flyover on Yuen Long Highway near Long Tin Road, Yuen Long, at 2.50am.
