Xavier Wong Director and head of research Knight Frank Petty Mr Wong will be responsible for leading the firm's research and consulting team in Greater China with 10 professionals in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. He will direct the team in producing regular market reports on different property sectors. He has risen through the local hospitality industry ranks over the past 15 years since starting his career at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers and moving into subsequent roles at Holiday Inn Golden Mile, New World Harbour View Hotel and Regal Hongkong Hotel. John Morgan Regional managing director, Greater China GolinHarris Mr Morgan has been promoted to the new position of regional managing director, Greater China with overall responsibility for driving GolinHarris's business in the region. A 12-year veteran with the firm, he has been based in Hong Kong since 2000 and will retain management responsibility for Hong Kong.
