Electronic Arts names president for online, Asia
Electronic Arts, the world's biggest video-games maker, has appointed Hubert Larenaudie president online, Asia, to be responsible for the company's online product, technology and distribution operations in the region, the company said.

Veteran to promote Bluetooth in region
The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), a global trade association promoting the development and adoption of Bluetooth wireless technology, has named Linda Ho Man Chong its marketing director for the Asia-Pacific and Japan.
Ms Ho, a 15-year marketing veteran in the information technology sector, will be based in Hong Kong from where she will seek to raise the region's awareness of Bluetooth, a short-range wireless standard for connecting users to a broad range of electronic devices. The installed base of Bluetooth devices was over 500 million products at the end of last year and is projected to surpass one billion by the end of this year. Members of the Bluetooth SIG include Lenovo, Intel, Microsoft, Nokia, Motorola and Toshiba. Bien Perez
