Rare pens on show

Rare, expensive pens are being showcased at Pacific Place, Admiralty, until Sunday.

The exhibition includes pens, watches and jewellery manufactured by Swiss brand Montblanc, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.

Among the exhibits is the brand's 100 Years Solitaire Mountain Massif Skeleton 2006, which is being shown in Hong Kong for the first time. Montblanc has made only three such fountain pens. The pen is decorated with 1,277 white and 123 blue diamonds and costs more than HK$1.2 million.

Also in the SAR for the first time is the 100 Years Boheme Skeleton 3 - a fountain pen with 1,906 diamonds.

Each of the three manufactured pens is worth HK$1.17 million.

Other centenary accessories include cufflinks, watches and necklaces.

The exhibition, Soulmakers for 100 Years, is being held at the Garden Court, Pacific Place, from 10am-9pm daily until Sunday.
