Former chief secretary Anson Chan Fang On-sang  and her husband, Archie Chan Tai-wing,  express their sympathies to family members of Raymond Wu Wai-yung  at a vigil for the late National People's Congress deputy, held at the Hong Kong Funeral Home yesterday. The funeral for the outspoken Basic Law drafter will be held this morning.  Wu, 69, died on Tuesday last week,  from leukaemia.
