Opening performance of the New Vision Arts Festival.  Shen Wei, a winner of the Nijinsky Award for Emerging Choreographer 2004, leads the Shen Wei Dance Arts company (USA) in two productions: The Rite of Spring which tests the physical and technical limits of his dancers against the score of Stravinsky's Le Sacre du Printemps, and Near the Terrace, a surreal piece combining translucent figures.
