DEVELOPMENT Hillsborough Court was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and

was completed in 1993. The development consists of four top-quality apartment towers,

offering units in the medium to large range with city and mountain views and excellent

facilities. Signature Homes has invested HK$80 million to HK$100 million to upgrade

selected units.

LAYOUT AND DESIGN There are four units per floor in the 36-storey Tower Four, ranging from 931 sqft to 1,385 sqft. The units have a combined living/dining room, two or three bedrooms, a compact and fully equipped kitchen and quality bathrooms. South- and west-facing units have green views of The Peak and the harbour. North- and east-facing units have city views from Mid-Levels to Causeway Bay and partial harbour views. Several rental units in Tower Four are under the management of Signature Homes leasing department. These apartments were recently renovated and upgraded with better appliances. Interiors are finished in dark brown and white.

LOCATION Hillsborough Court is between Old Peak Road and Tregunter Path in Mid-Levels. It is a short distance to the Central business, shopping and entertainment district, and the area is well-serviced by taxis and minibuses. The development is popular among young professionals and executives for its close proximity to Central, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo.

FACILITIES The communal facilities include a resort-style swimming pool with separate children's pool, a recently renovated clubhouse with many improved facilities, such as a new gym, a relaxing reading area, floor-to-ceiling windows and massage area with new massage chairs. There is also 24-hour security, concierge service, food and beverage delivery service and regular shuttle bus service to Central that takes about 10 minutes.
