Dental vouchers sought for elderly The government has been urged to launch 'dental services vouchers' - similar to the just-announced kindergarten vouchers - to encourage the elderly to take better care of their teeth. Lawmakers Kwok Ka-ki and Fernando Cheung Chiu-hung, and four members of the Hong Kong Dental Association, have called for the subsidy scheme to enable elderly people to receive regular professional dental care.
