An exhibition featuring the works of 12 award-winning child artists will be staged until October 30 at a shopping mall in Causeway Bay.
Organised by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Simply Art, a local arts studio, the Love of Earth Art Exhibition is aimed at arousing young people's interest in environmental issues.
'The government has launched the Action Blue Sky campaign and pledged to fight pollution. I think
that children, with their boundless imagination, can also make a contribution to the cause,' said Iris Lee, a tutor at Simply Art.
The 12 artists, aged between six and 14, have won international drawing competitions about conservation.
The winning artworks on display portray different environmental crises confronting the world today.
