Japanese cosmetics brand Fancl has just launched a new makeup series which is free of preservatives and additives. It is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. The collection features makeup base (HK$110), foundation (HK$135), two-way cake (HK$270), loose powder (HK$190), eye colour (HK$48), cheek colour (HK$78), and a selection of 15 lipstick shades (HK$160). Shu Uemura's new Rouge Unlimited offers a range of lip shades made with an advanced pigment technology from Japan. The pigment's fine grains form micro-sized particles, enabling the light to reflect evenly. The company also claims that the colour you see in the transparent container is the colour you will see on your lips. Available at Shu Uemura for HK$175.
