DEVELOPMENT

Villa Rosa is a secluded estate of 16 houses with full sea views. The development is at the summit of the prestigious Redhill Peninsula in Tai Tam, close to the Hong Kong International School (senior campus) and the American Club.

LOCATION

The Tai Tam reservoir is in Hong Kong's southeastern district and is surrounded by a country park. The residential neighbourhood and the Redhill Peninsula are fairly recent developments. There is a retail area nearby for groceries and dry cleaning services. The Redhill Plaza has several shops, including a large American-style supermarket. The American Club and Stanley are a five-minute drive away, and Hong Kong Island's commercial areas are a 30-minute drive via Chai Wan Road or Repulse Bay Road.

LAYOUT AND DESIGN

The semi-detached houses are built around a communal swimming pool, connected by individual staircases. Light-red bricks, white painted walls and terracotta pitched roofs are the main design features. The ground floor has a living and dining room with high ceilings that lead to a private garden. There is also a well-appointed kitchen and two covered parking spaces. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large family room occupy the first floor. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and jacuzzi, and a fourth en suite bedroom and separate closet. The living room, family room and bedrooms have views of Stanley Main Beach and Tai Tam Bay.
