With winter approaching, restaurants are starting to warm up their hotpots.

Eighteen Brook (8/F Convention Plaza Shopping Arcade, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, 2827 8802) serves all-you-can-eat individual hotpots with a soup base of more than 10 options, including spicy tom yum kung, satay, and fish and spring onion broth, which is simmered for four hours to allow the flavours to reach their full potential. Diners can choose from a menu of about 50 items to have in their hotpot - from beef slices, seafood, meatballs and dumplings, to seasonal vegetables. Dipping sauces and a bowl of braised shark's fin, mini live seafood platter and dessert is included in the HK$168 price tag (HK$88 per child).
