Symbolic gifts for law school's opening

Secretary for Justice Wong Yan-lung (centre), flanked by Chief Justice Andrew Li Kwok-nang (left) and Secretary for Education and Manpower Arthur Li Kwok-cheung, presents symbolic gifts at a dedication ceremony for the Chinese University of Hong Kong's school of law in the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall on the Sha Tin campus. The items are to be kept as permanent mementos in a school chest. At the ceremony, Sir Ti-liang Yang, Sir David Williams and Lord Woolf, former chief justice of England and Wales and a non-permanent judge of the Court of Final Appeal, were made honorary professors of law.
