gst subsidiary acquires beijing headquarters
GST Holdings, a fire alarm systems provider, said its wholly owned subsidiary Gulf Security Technology Company will acquire a new Beijing office complex comprising 4,691 square metres from Gulf Jingcheng Property Development for 81.7 million yuan. The complex, valued at 86 million yuan by LCH (Asia Pacific) Surveyors, will become GST's headquarters.
