DEVELOPMENT Sun Hung Kai Properties completed this project in 1993. It is one of Hong Kong's most exclusive developments and overlooks the Deep Water Bay Golf Club and the South China Sea.
LAYOUT AND DESIGN There are 24 three-storey houses, each is
3,000 sqft and has a private garden and roof terrace.
