Sunday The Mad Dogs' annual Christmas Toy Run motorcycle ride starts at Granville Square, Tsim Sha Tsui, at 11am. Bikers will ride to the New Territories and finish up at the HandleBar, in Jaffe Road, Wan Chai, at 3pm. A biker Santa will be looking for donations.

Today Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel guests and the public can buy a range of specially made Christmas cocktails at all the hotel's restaurants and bars; with 20 per cent of the price donated to Operation Santa. From December 15 to December 25, Santa Claus will be making daily appearance from 7pm to 8 pm in the hotel lobby and guests can have their photo taken with Santa for HK$60 per shot, with all proceeds going to the crusade. A launch ceremony will be held today.

Tomorrow The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club hosts a gingerbread house decoration party for 60 children from Caritas' Life Enhancement Programme for Deprived Children.

Sunday until January 2 Drawing Calligraphy, Hayashibara International Arts Festival 'Rising Stars 2006' exhibition. This collaboration between Sino Group and Hayashibara Foundation showcases more than 40 calligraphy-like drawings by more than 20 disabled artists from China, Japan and Hong Kong.
