The Hong Kong Singers have a new show and they've found a new girl. Playing the lead as Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady is Hannah Tsatonis, who had literally been in town less than three weeks when she saw the audition notice. Having been around theatre most of her life, she thought what better way to introduce herself to life in Hong Kong. Suddenly, she's the star of the production. 'I grew up in London and have been in shows since I was 10,' she said. 'My mum's an actress and I was in a local children's group. It's been fun to be part of this group because they're so creative. I haven't done a show in three years so I'm dying to get back on stage.' My Fair Lady runs until December 10 at the Academy for Performing Arts. Tickets are HK$300, except for tonight's opening and next Friday's gala when they're HK$800. Half the proceeds go to Operation Santa Claus.
