The Performance Dance Till Dawn International New Year's Eve street party featuring tap-dancing world-record holder (at 38 taps per second) James Devine. The Irishman is leading and teaching more than 1,000 local and international dancers in an attempt at a 2,007-minute (33-hour) dance marathon.
