Here are some tips to help you remember better:

Practise brain gym exercises on a regular basis (for more information go to esl.about.com/library/lessons/blbraingym.htm).

Have at least eight hours of sleep a day and get used to the healthy practise of 'early to bed, early to rise'.

Refrain from using your mobile phone as much as possible.

Practise attaching sounds, smells, tastes, touch, movements, feelings or images to the information in your head to make it easier to remember.

Eat healthily, especially food rich in fibre and nutrients, such as nuts, strawberries, blackcurrants, blueberries and tomatoes.
