HR giant seeks team builders for new lines

A world leader in the human resources industry is seeking strong team builders with a talent for sales.

Adecco Personnel, which had global sales of Euro18.3 billion (HK$185.39 billion) in 2005, offers a broad range of services to clients and candidates. Employees benefit from this vast reach, too, and are encouraged to grow in the company and throughout its network of 6,600 offices in 70 countries and territories.

Adecco is launching two new business lines in Hong Kong - in the areas of finance and legal, and another in information technology - to cope with market demand. Two expert, self-motivated business unit managers are sought to understand and exceed clients' needs.

'This is a very exciting role. The business unit manager will be responsible for overseeing all areas of business - from production to sales and staff training. This is a great opportunity for all-rounded professionals,' said Christine Pace, operations and marketing director for Adecco Personnel, which was established in Hong Kong in 1986.

The focus of the business unit managers should be on enhancing the overall success and profitability of their assigned business line.

They will achieve this goal through coaching and inspiring their team to build a productive candidate database and establish and maintain client relationships. The manager will need to hire, train and develop those team members.
