ROBBER ESCAPES with HK$30,000 in MONG KOK A robber escaped with about HK$30,000 in local and mainland currencies from a money exchange shop in Mong Kok while two of his alleged accomplices were arrested. Three men threatened a female employee, 41, at the shop with a knife in Tung Choi Street and snatched the money at 10am. Officers arrested two men aged 22 and 24, and seized a knife outside the shop, but a third suspect wearing a white cap and blue jeans escaped with the stolen cash. Two injured in Four-car pile-up on Tsuen wan road A man, 58, and woman, 49, were injured in a four-vehicle pile-up in Tsuen Wan Road, Tsuen Wan. They were treated at Yan Chai Hospital. The collision happened at 11.45am when the trucks and one car switched lanes to avoid hitting goods on the road that had fallen from a truck.
