The Chiram Strategic Group, which owns Viceroy and Milano in the Sun Hung Kai Centre, has opened a branch of Australian restaurant chain Black Stump on Knutsford Terrace. The restaurant has an open kitchen with rotisserie and grill, and there's an outdoor seating area. The menu is heavy on seafood and grilled dishes such as the tasting platter of crab and lobster cakes, crisp fried calamari and beer-battered sea scallop (HK$118), Caesar salad with Tasmanian smoked trout (far left; HK$78), chargrilled red claw yabbies salad (HK$145), grilled kangaroo striploin (HK$225), surf and turf of grilled Crystal Bay prawn and grilled fillet of Gippsland tenderloin (HK$345) and whole grilled lobster (left; HK$350).
