Favourite piece of art: 'James Wolfe is a great British sculptor based in Hong Kong.' Footwear: 'I am partial to wing-tips. My grandfather used to wear them. Very classic, yet at the same time a bit rock 'n' roll.' Clothing: cowboy shirts. 'They're comfortable and stylish.' Music: 'I'm very interested in American roots music - pre-war blues, turn-of-the-last-century folk tunes and jug band dance numbers. Some elements have filtered down into the band I play in, Bone Table.' Websites: 'There are some good websites for checking out local bands and performers in Hong Kong, such as amp.channelv.com, mp3.com.hk and undergroundhk.com.' Book: Immortality by Milan Kundera. 'It's funny, informative and a bit tragic.' Movie: The Big Lebowski. 'It makes me laugh a lot, every single time.' Heroes: Alan Lomax. 'He spent many years in the first half of the 20th century travelling around the US, recording songs and music that regular folks were playing.' Prized possession: 'My guitar - it keeps me company, keeps me entertained, keeps challenging me and surprising me ... what more could I hope for from a possession?'
