He is currently the marketing director of the company's New Zealand business based in Auckland. Mr Vercoe will move to Singapore and report directly to Chris Nicholl. Jon Nash Global head of sales Forsyth Partners Mr Nash joined the company in June 2005 as head of global private banking relationships in the group's head office in Dubai. He has more than 17 years of investment industry experience. Before Forsyth, he was the head of pooled fund distribution for Western Asset in London. Mr Xu joins Nasdaq after working as a consultant in the country. He was Nasdaq's managing director for Asia from 1994 to 2004. Eric Landheer Head of Asia Pacific Nasdaq Stock Market Based in London, Mr Landheer will be responsible for Nasdaq's new listings business throughout the Asia-Pacific region. For the past four years he was managing director for new listings. Until recently, he was responsible for driving initial public offerings in the western United States. Robert Subbaraman Chief economist, Asia ex-Japan Lehman Brothers Mr Subbaraman, Lehman's senior economist for Asia, has been appointed to the new position of chief economist, Asia ex-Japan. He will be based in Hong Kong. Mr Subbaraman has covered Asia's economies for more than 10 years for Lehman from Tokyo and Hong Kong, building and managing a strong team of economists covering the region's economies, including Greater China, South Korea and India.
