A chief florist with enthusiasm is sought to supervise the hotel flower shop, and create and maintain the flower displays and arrangements in all guest rooms and public areas.

Interested candidates with five years of relevant florist design experience and a professional qualification in floral art are encouraged to apply.

'As a first impression for hotel guests, the creations of the chief florist will add aesthetic elements to the lobby and other guest areas - a showcase that will create the visual impact of the hotel,' said William Lau, director of housekeeping.

On the flip side, the endless creativity necessary to keep the designs current and original will be the biggest challenge.
