AS the yacht of American zillionaire John Kluge bobs aimlessly at anchor in mid-harbour, the skipper of the 40-metre boat - The Virginian - should refrain from insisting to all and sundry the type of treatment that he claims ''Mr Kluge expects''. For our information is that Kluge himself is not on board, having flown out of town last Friday, leaving Captain Ingo Pfotenhauer (try pronouncing that at your peril) to, er . . . weather the storm. Our own suggestion to Ppfo . . . Pfote . . . oh, never mind, the skipper, is that having taken the splendid craft over to mainland waters and shown off its splendours to the cadres, he is well-advised to steam ahead and get the hell out of the South China Sea at a top speed of knots. In case he wasn't aware, mainlanders have recently become addicted to luxury yachts.
