Belive it or not, parents are people too

Many teenagers quarrel with their parents over petty matters. They think that parents are nosey or annoying. I do not agree.

When I was about five years old, I thought my parents knew everything.

As I grew up I began to make my own decisions. Sometimes, I would seek my parents' opinion to make sure I did the right thing.

When my parents were wrong, I had to make a decision.

But I am sure my parents can guide me on the right path, because they have enough experience of life. So we should treasure our parents' advice and try to be responsible citizens.
