Keep your pout soft and kissable by regularly applying lip balm or treatments. A good lip balm can keep flaky skin at bay. Benefit Dr Feel Good Lip Balm (HK$270/15g) Extremely moisturising and nourishing, a little bit of this fragrance-free balm goes a long way. A bit pricier than others, but it comes in a big tube. Too bad you have to apply with a finger. Clinique Superbalm Lip Treatment (HK$110/7ml) This super-strength balm for extra-dry lips would be good up Everest, but it's too thick and sticky for everyday use. Ingrid Millet White Control Nourishing Lip Balm with Multi-vitamins (HK$115/3.8g) Enriched texture keeps lips soft and moisturised. No fragrance or preservatives mean it is non-irritating. But the packaging is not particularly user-friendly. Aveda Lip Saver, SPF 15 (HK$130/4.25g) Moisturises and softens your lips instantly. But the effect doesn't last long, and you have to reapply quite often. It has a strong smell and flavour for a neutral balm and may take a couple of days to get used to. Bioscreen Lip care (HK$85/3.8g) The cleverly angled tip makes applying this smoothing balm simple. Containing ginkgo extracts and vitamins A and E, lips are left smoother for longer, but without the greasy film some lipsalves leave behind.
