Findings

Tsui Po-ko snatched a revolver from policeman Leung Shing-yan in 2001 and killed him with it

He shot death Zafar Iqbal Khan

He also shot dead Tsang Kwok-hang and wounded Sin Ka-keung. The killings are classed as unlawful, while Tsui's death is ruled lawful (it is not within the jurisdiction of the inquest to determine guilt or if murder occurred). The jury's verdicts are unanimous
