To celebrate the May holidays, Traders Hotel Beijing is offering three packages from as little as 550 yuan a person per night - but you'll have to move quickly, with availability lasting only until next Sunday. The Classic package costs 550 yuan a night, single occupancy, rising to 600 yuan for double occupancy. Accommodation is in a superior room (above); also provided are buffet breakfast and access to recreational facilities at the China World Hotel.
The Deluxe deal costs 638 yuan (single) and 738 yuan (double) and adds a traditional Chinese foot massage and airport transfers to the offerings in the Classic package. The Ultimate package, at 838 yuan (single) and 938 yuan (double) a night, augments the deal with two days' use of a hotel car with chauffeur for four hours a day. Prices exclude 15 per cent tax and all packages, which must cover at least three consecutive nights, have a 3pm check-out.
The four-star Traders Hotel is 30 minutes from Beijing International Capital Airport, while Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are two subway stops away.
