Full name: Benedict Kin-kay Sung

Age: 16

City/Country: Wellesley/ USA

School: Wellesley High School

Star sign: Leo

Wellesley is a suburban town near Boston. The weather here is fickle. For example, it could be sunny, warm, and cloudless in the morning, and then become cold, windy, and rainy.

We have an excellent school system, so I have a fairly busy school life. I spend about five hours on homework every night.

I take English, maths, biology, US history and Spanish, which are compulsory subjects, and band and chorus as electives.

In my free time, I like to talk to people online, practice playing my trumpet or read. Sometimes I hang out at friends' houses, watch movies or go to town to meet friends.

During the winter holiday, my family and I like go to skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, we usually have one big vacation, such as a trip to Hong Kong, a cruise, or a trip to Disney World. But we like to relax at home during spring break.

As both of my parents are Hong Kong immigrants, Cantonese is my mother tongue. But I am more fluent in English. I can also speak Spanish relatively well.

I am responsible for helping with the housework. I have to vacuum a level of the house and clean the bathroom once a week. I also do the laundry. Sometimes I help my mum cook dinner. She makes really good Chinese food.

I am fun-loving and I love talking to people.

However, I can get easily annoyed by things or people I don't like.

I am not very fashionable. I usually wear comfortable clothes which are not necessarily in style.

I don't really like sports, but if I had to choose one, I'd say basketball because I have played it since I was little. Most people here play it for fun, so it's not hard to find someone to play with.

And I love watching baseball games because of the fanaticism for our team, the Boston Red Sox.

Christmas is the biggest festival and our family celebrates it together. We have a tradition of neatly separating our presents into piles. Then when my parents give the signal, we all open our presents together.

One good thing about my country is the abundance of opportunities available to people who work hard. I like the fact that anyone can be anything if they try hard enough.

I would like to be a successful businessman who makes lots of money. Then I can raise a big family and spend time with my kids.
