One good reason to drop by the Pok Fu Lam Market this Sunday is to support a new charity bake sale. More than 40 professional and amateur chefs will bake up a storm for HOLF (The Home of Loving Faithfulness), a charity that helps mentally and physically handicapped children. Among the pastry masters preparing tasty treats is Hotel LKF's head chef, Nathan Hogan (above). They will also create a wishing tree using cookies shaped like angels and animals, and there'll be other activities for the kids. The market is at Cyberport and runs from 10am to 5pm. A bake sale will also take place at the Borrett Road Market on June 20.
