If you took SonyEricsson's K800i and W880 models and mixed up the components to form a new phone, you might end up with the new K810i.

The handset looks remarkably like the first Cybershot handset, the K800i.

It is slightly less bulky than its predecessor, which had an awkwardly protruding camera module on the back.

The camera on the K810i still sticks out a little, but this is due to the sliding lens cover and superior quality of the camera itself: a 3.2 megapixel model with built in flash.

The K810i incorporates a new keypad consisting of small, round, metallic buttons as first seen on the brand's ultra-thin W880.

The circular keys may look stylish, and are probably necessary in order to slim down the W880, but they are not very user-friendly. This feature has generated the majority of complaints about the W880.

If you can get over the miniature keys, then the K810i is a true Cybershot handset.
