Kouame leads 'furious four' medal spree

Hong Kong's 'furious four' have returned from the 2007 World Pan-Amateur Kickboxing Association World Championships in Porto Carras, Greece, each with a medal in tow. Carole Peyre (women's lightweight division), Damien Roche (middleweight oriental boxing division), and Valentin Lautier (junior lightweight) all won bronze medals, while James Kouame provided the icing on the cake after kicking his way to gold in the men's heavyweight oriental boxing division. More than 900 competitors from 45 countries participated in both men's and women's events.
