Being a Pisces, I love beautiful and calm places like my hometown Madison - the lakes and  the view  are incredible.  But  as a teen  who  enjoys thrills and adventure, living in a quiet, peaceful town  can  be boring.

High school has finally ended for me, leaving only four more years of education.  The best part is that I currently have no homework  and no extra-curricular activities to clog up my free time.

However, for some reason, I find that I don't seem to have much time for leisure.

College life is very different to high school life.  At high school, everything was compulsory and we couldn't make many choices ourselves.

Now as a college student, I'm supposed to pilot my own life and make my own decisions. I spend  several hours  every day just sitting at my desk and reading through the subject choices - everything seems so interesting!

Apart from schoolwork, I'm bombarded with house chores: sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, washing the dishes, mowing the lawn, painting and  lots of cleaning.  I have to admit, I don't really see the point - everything will break and get dirty again eventually!

When I  do have free time, I usually spend it with my friends. We might play  baseball, American football or basketball - my favourite!

Or  sometimes we  just hang around  at someone's house,  listening to  music and  enjoying each other's company.  Occasionally, we go  to the  cinema. I'm always up for a gory horror film.

Sometimes I  just stay in. The weather is extremely hot here, so I  wear as little as I legally can - usually just shorts and  a T-shirt.

When I'm hungry, I  go out and grab a hotdog, burger, pizza, macaroni, steak, chicken or any hot dish.  For the sake of my health,  I might also get a fruit or a salad.

I  have never left the US, but  I would love to visit places on the other side of the world, like Hong Kong. Usually  I go home and spend time with my family during the holidays.

Since we don't go abroad on  holiday, we go camping and boating instead.  As  someone who enjoys challenges, I love these trips. And although people tell me it's dangerous, I'd  love to try skydiving  one day.

Although there are the traditional Christmas and Easter  celebrations, my favourite American festival is Super Bowl Sunday.

I  bowl the night away with my friends and celebrate with hot dogs, nachos and  other traditional snacks.
