The chief executive will leave for Beijing on Tuesday to attend a forum on the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the Basic Law before heading to Tianjin to forge closer ties. Donald Tsang Yam-kuen will be accompanied by Chief Secretary Rafael Hui Si-yan and Secretary for Justice Wong Yan-lung. Secretary for Constitutional Affairs Stephen Lam Sui-lung will also attend the forum, scheduled for Wednesday. Mr Tsang will leave later for Tianjin, a city which will become a pilot zone for major financial reform next month. Government officials will also attend the Pan-Pearl River Delta forum in Hunan from June 8 to June 12.
