Yesterday brought some air quality index readings down to an eye-poppingly low 16, visibility of up to 30km and a hot weather warning, with temperatures hitting 34 degrees Celsius. And the view of Kowloon Bay, smog-bound in our front-page picture on May 3, was crystal clear. Blue skies are forecast for two more days.
